What will it cost?

The entrance fee is R50,000.00 + VAT. This amount is quickly absorbed when the Alunite Franchise team assists the new owner to set up his new store as well as the cost of the week’s training at one of our Alunite stores.

The initial investment will depend on the size of the operation (see business plans): the cost of stock, vehicles, fixtures, fittings and financing to cover running cost until the business is on its feet.

Your only liability to the franchisor will be a fixed royalty fee of only 2% of gross monthly turnover and a R50.00 per month contribution towards the hosting of the website.

An advertising levy of up to 1,5% may be introduced, at the franchisor’s discression, at a later stage for national branding.

Take Note: No Application will be accepted on a 100% loaning basis.
A prospective franchisee must have the minimum amount of 50% of the total required investment in unencumbered cash. Please note that this 50% cash requirement applies to prospective franchisees who want to open a new store, and that the same conditions do NOT apply to those who have an existing aluminium and glass business and would like to convert to an Alunite.
